Description

A simplistic artwork for my Pokemon OC Emma! The inspiration for this piece came from my hunt for a shiny Cottonee in Pokemon Black. The hunt has been hard on me, I've done over 15k encounters for five years on/off, but I push on in hopes of finally having a shiny Whimsicott.
